Life is more than working out and eating the right foods. Our belief systems take place when the mind is ready to develop the imagination, the space we create for the adventurous parts of ourselves that seem to be consumed by common day work forces. We will work through energy blockages, expand the imagination, and calm the nervous system with creative ideas that feel good to you.

During our consultation we will discuss meal patterns, nutritional likes and dislikes, nutrition history, medical history, how your physical activity is playing a role in your energy levels, and any necessary changes regarding your sleep habits that can increase your energy levels throughout your day. We will assess already in-place habits and decide together what is definitely working and what can be different. I will provide any relevant information that will help you along your way. We will take time to review your work schedule and small changes you can make to make it more manageable in relation to your health and wellness. We will discuss goals you have for yourself in the physical, mental and spiritual realm, then come up with creative ideas to integrate them into your schedule that promotes enjoyment and no added stress. You will leave our consultation with new and creative ideas on many different things you can do to increase your mental and physical health. I will send a recap of our experience together via email within 24-48 hours. I will look forward to meeting you, and learning about you.
